Configure Ironclad’s Salesforce Integration

When it comes to sales contracting, do you want to allow users to remain in their system of choice but still ensure data consistency across platforms? 

With Ironclad’s Salesforce integration, users can conduct contract-related actions, including workflow launch, approvals, draft document management, and more, without leaving Salesforce. Configure Salesforce field data to automatically populate workflow launch forms through Workflow Launch field mappings. Enable Workflow Sync so users can track workflow status and take actions in real-time on the Ironclad Workflow object in Salesforce, and configure additional automation to ensure data integrity between the two systems. Configure Record Sync to sync contract records to the Ironclad Contract object and relevant metadata back to any object in Salesforce once the workflow is completed and archived.

This course is designed to provide you insight into all of the integration’s functionality, instructions for how to install and configure the necessary settings and components within both Ironclad and Salesforce, and recommendations for how to coordinate with your Ironclad Admin to map Salesforce and Ironclad fields to support Workflow Launch and Record Sync.
