Learn how to configure the OneTrust integration in your instance.
When it comes to procurement, do you want to streamline your vendor compliance/security processes to reduce contractual risk while efficiently managing contracts?
With Ironclad’s OneTrust Integration, users can efficiently launch a workflow in Ironclad with existing vendors pulled in from OneTrust, create new vendors in OneTrust via Ironclad, and launch new engagements. This can all be done while gating your approvals to make sure the data is in sync with the two applications, and the vetting process is complete by IT/Procurement teams. Configure workflow launch and map OneTrust and Ironclad data fields to automatically populate workflow launch forms. Configure Approval Tasks so users can create OneTrust vendors and new engagements directly in Ironclad. Enable Workflow Sync so users can track vendor and engagement status.
This course is designed to provide you insight into all of the integration’s functionality, considerations/best practices for configuring the integration, and instructions for how to install and configure the necessary settings and components within both Ironclad and OneTrust.
