Do your sales and business users prefer to launch, track, and search for contracts, without leaving their system of choice?
With Ironclad’s Salesforce integration, users can conduct contract-related actions, including workflow launch, approvals, draft document management, and more, all without leaving Salesforce. Relevant Salesforce data automatically populates workflow launch forms, saving users time and ensuring data accuracy. Users can track the status of a workflow in real-time with the integration’s automated sync and take necessary actions to move the workflow forward, all of which is also reflected on the workflow in Ironclad. Once a workflow is completed and archived, contract records and relevant metadata sync back to Salesforce for your users to access and even use in Salesforce reports.
This course is designed to provide you insight into all of the integration’s functionality, tips for building workflow configurations that will be used with the integration, and recommendations for how to coordinate with your Salesforce Admin to map Ironclad workflow fields and Salesforce fields.
